In her book Racines, Fisun Ercan invites the reader to follow her culinary journey from her homeland in Turkey to her adopted nation of Quebec.
This book was created at Bika, over the course of an entire year, following the rhythm of the seasons. Fisun offers us a collection of simple recipes that let the ingredients express themselves in their purest nature. Her recipes are created with harmony with nature, sustainability and seasonality in mind.
