culinary workshops
We’re pleased to announce that our cooking workshops with chef Fisun Ercan are back this fall!
These workshops will be devoted to cooking with seasonal ingredients, most of which come from our garden. Squash and pumpkin, tomatoes, Swiss chard, cabbage, potatoes, fine herbs and much more will be on the menu. You’ll learn how to prepare cozy, comforting dishes, which you’ll enjoy during the workshop.
The workshops will take place in the Bika kitchen, around our large counter and in front of our wood-burning oven. Each workshop can accommodate 12 people, so reserve your place quickly if you’re interested, as they are very limited.
